Transneft sues Rosneft for 395 mln rbl, Bashneft for 423 mln rbl

MOSCOW, Dec 27 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a 395 million ruble suit of oil pipeline monopoly Transneft against Rosneft and a 423 million ruble suit against Bashneft, according to the documents seen by PRIME on Tuesday.

The matter of the cases was not disclosed, consideration has not started.

The court is considering an earlier 2 billion ruble case of Transneft against Rosneft for non-payment for the services and an 11.9 billion ruble claim by Rosneft against Transneft for pollution on the Druzhba pipeline.
